What to send
Send an email to support@zaynoora.com from the address you use with Zaynoora (or clearly state that you are the account holder). In your message, include:
- Your registered phone number (the one you use to sign in)
- A clear request to delete your Zaynoora account
We use your phone number to confirm your identity before we delete your account.
After you request deletion
We will process verified requests as soon as we can. Some information may be retained where the law requires it (for example, records related to past bookings or payments).
